April 12, 2025

Recently, John and Susan Ament of Milford embarked on a seven-day trip to picturesque Sedona, Arizona, famous for its stunning red rock buttes and canyons. During their stay, they spent a day at the Grand Canyon and visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross, as well as a healing vortex. They stayed in downtown Sedona, which features an eclectic mix of New Age shops, spas, quirky boutiques, and art galleries. The shopping experience was delightful, and the food in Sedona stood out as another highlight, with numerous delicious restaurants to explore. Sedona is considered a sacred and powerful destination, known for its spiritual history and vortexes—energy centers believed to aid in healing, meditation, and self-exploration.
