Jennifer Burton was sworn-in as area D representative July 5 for the Cape Henlopen school board. She won the 5-year seat in May, previously held by Camilla Conlon who chose not to run for re-election. Andy Lewis was elected president of the school board and Spencer Brittingham will serve as vice president.
