Dr. John Rees and Milton Chiropractic are proud to exhibit Cynthia Black’s photographs in our office. The exhibit may be viewed during working hours, Monday through Friday.
Here is a small “snap shot” of Cindy and her work:
Her dad bought his first camera, a Minolta, when he was in the Korean War. When he came home, he was always taking pictures and Cindy was either posing or watching, so photography came naturally to her.
Cindy was born and raised in Camden, DE. She got her first “real” camera when she was in high school in the ‘70’s. In 1990 she went on a blind date and met Joe Black, who was born and raised in Milton, DE. They have been together ever since and Cindy takes all of her photos from their home in Milton. Their backyard pond setting affords her a large array of natural and wildlife subjects. She loves photography and it is evident in her photos.
As she captures a subject, she also does the research to identify the specie and learn its habits. She said, “It’s amazing how many beautiful, natural subjects are right here in Milton.”
Cindy is passing on this love of photography to her six year old grandson, who has been taking pictures since he was four years old; another shutter bug enthusiast in the family.
We thank Cindy for exhibiting her beautiful photographs at Milton Chiropractic. These photos are available for sale at a very reasonable price.
Come and enjoy these fine works of art. Take home a local treasure!
