Milton held its 10th Annual Horseshoe Crab and Shorebird Festival May 23-26 at Memorial Park and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, as well as around different venues in Milton. The event was kicked off with an opening of the Art of Nature art show at the Lydia B. Cannon Museum on Union Street. The show features nature images of horseshoe crabs and shorebirds.
On May 24, a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre titled “The Horseshoe Crab Murder Mystery,” sponsored by the Milton Theatre, was held in a big tent at Memorial Park. The actual festival was held May 25 with a children’s theatre performance May 26 in the gazebo at Memorial Park.
