Realtor Brandon Brittingham ranks in top one percent nationwide

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that an agent in its Salisbury, Md., sales office has been awarded with The Realty Alliance Sales Award for the year 2012.

The agent, Brandon Brittingham, has been recognized for exceptional performance ranking in the top one percent of all residential real estate sales professionals in North America.

According to Suzanah Cain, manager of the Salisbury office, Brittingham was also one of four top producers for the month of April 2013. The other three agents in Long and Foster’s Salisbury sales office with outstanding sales figures for the month of April include Jeff Chapman, Joe Laura and Debbie Figgs.

Additionally, Brittingham and Laura were both honored with Top Producer Awards for 2012; Don Bailey earned the Outstanding Service Award for 2012; and Sarah Guy was presented with the Rookie of The Year Award for 2012.
