Melissa Lofland joins Law Firm of Fuqua, Yori and Willard P.A.
The Law Firm of Fuqua, Yori and Willard P.A. announces that Melissa S. Lofland, Esq. has joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Lofland graduated from Sussex Technical High School in 2000, received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology and criminal justice at Widener University in 2004, and received her juris doctor from the University of Tennessee in 2007. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Rosemary Beauregard and the Hon. Kenneth S. Clark Jr. in the Court of Common Pleas of the State of Delaware.
Her past work experience includes three years as a deputy attorney general with the Delaware Department of Justice prosecuting traffic offenses; misdemeanor- and felony-level DUIs; robbery, burglary, rape and other sexual offenses; and financial crimes.
Lofland will focus her practice primarily on DUI defense, adult misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, protection from abuse, personal injury and family law. She is accepting new clients.
