Schoenberger named president of J. Streicher Asset Management
J. Streicher Asset Management LLC, a U.S.-based SEC registered investment advisory firm, has announced the board of directors has unanimously elected Lewes resident Todd M. Schoenberger as president effective Aug. 1.
The announcement says, “After a thorough and deliberate selection process, the board of directors are delighted that Todd will lead J. Streicher Asset Management as we navigate through the evolving and expanding landscape of financial services. Todd is a proven leader with hard-core portfolio management skills, business vision and the ability to bring people together. His vision for how investors seek to maximize yield around the world is exactly what J. Streicher Asset Management needs as the firm enters its next chapter of expanded product innovation, capital services and growth.”
Schoenberger has over 20 years of professional experience on Wall Street, most recently serving as managing partner of LandColt Capital LP, where he oversaw the portfolio management of the LandColt Onshore Fund as well as the day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to LandColt, he held the leadership position of executive director for USAA where he spearheaded major strategy and technical shifts for the military-friendly company’s broker/dealer division. Schoenberger also had career stops with Merrill Lynch & Co. as well as Legg Mason and T. Rowe Price.
“I am honored that the JSAM’s board of directors chose me to lead the asset management division,” said Schoenberger. “J. Streicher Asset Management’s proud history of offering clients innovative wealth accumulation products and services is superior; however its success story is just about to begin. The future opportunities for this firm domestically and abroad are tremendous, and I’m happy to be part of it.”
In addition to his role as president, Schoenberger will continue to serve as portfolio manager of the LandColt Onshore Fund, which will be distributed to institutional and accredited investors exclusively through J. Streicher Asset Management. The fund will be added to JSAM’s already robust list of product offerings, which will be expanded to include alternative opportunities for investors.
J. Streicher Asset Management is a 104-year old Wall Street investment firm. Schoenberger will continue to reside in Lewes while commuting to New York City during the work week.
