Tyler Ellison Ward, kind, compassionate

Tyler Ellison Ward...."Ty," 26, passed away suddenly Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, of a heart attack caused by a blood clot. He was born Dec. 17, 1987.

He is survived by his parents, Patti Maloney and Sherman Ward; stepmother Peggy Raley-Ward; sister Hallie; brother Sutton; grandparents Harold and Chervyl Maloney; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends will have two opportunities to joyously join together for a Celebration of Tyler's Life. The first will take place from 2 to 4 p.m.,  Sunday, Sept. 21, at Nassau Valley Vineyards, 32165 Winery Way in Lewes.

The next date for our Celebration of Tyler Ward, will be Saturday, Sept. 27, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Stretch Funeral Home, 236 East Eagle Road, Havertown, Pa.

Tyler will be remembered for his contagious sense of humor, his kindness and compassion, and the smiles he brought to the faces of everyone who knew him. He will be missed by all.
