Signature Property Management to offer special deal for new customers

Signature Property Management Inc., a new property management firm specializing in condominiums and homeowners associations, has opened its offices on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach.

This new team, with over 20 years of property management experience, will focus on the increasing demand for professional and experienced condominium and association management.

Located in the Mann & Son building on Route 1, Signature Property Management emphasizes complete accounting transparency with board of directors approval on all individually controlled bank accounts. In addition, Signature Property Management will provide free websites to all associations under its management. Signature Property Management carries $1MM general liability coverage as well as $1MM fidelity bond/dishonesty policy naming the association as additional insured.
