Amerispec supports fight against breast cancer with $1,900 donation
The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition announced that Amerispec Home Inspections Delaware recently donated nearly $2,000 to support the fight against breast cancer. The donation was raised through a monthlong, statewide campaign led by owner Cheryl Myers. For every home inspection executed during the month of October, $10 was donated to the coalition. The total proceeds equaled $1,900.
Shown at the check presentation are (l-r) DBCC Executive Director Vicky Cook, Program Manager Connie Holdridge, Myers and Amerispec Senior Inspector Lisa Roddis.
The funds donated by Amerispec Home Inspections will benefit DBCC programs which increase breast cancer awareness, promote the importance of early detection, provide access to mammograms, and provide support and resources to women and men who have been diagnosed with or are facing a recurrence of breast cancer.
