Red Hat Society enjoys holiday luncheon at Victoria's

January 12, 2015

The Evening Primrose Chapter members of the Red Hat Society enjoyed their holiday luncheon Dec. 30 at Victoria’s Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach. The Evening Primrose Chapter meets for dinner or lunch depending on which member is the hostess for that month. The hostess decides where they are going and what they are doing. Members come from Milford, Milton, Millsboro, Georgetown, Lincoln, Frankford and Lewes.

The Red Hat Society has become the international society dedicated to reshaping the way women are viewed in today's culture. Other than their monthly get-togethers, chapter members travel to conventions both near and far.

This year's national convention will be in Indianapolis. A regional convention will be in Baltimore in February. Members also gather at events, luncheons and tea hosted by other chapters in the tristate area.

As an RHS member one can be connected to the website for activities, printable cards, games, T-shirt transfers, the national events calendar, shopping, Amtrak vacation packages, anti-aging games, Grand Magazine and Tea House Times Magazine.
