Donation presented to annual youth fishing tournament
The Lewes Harbour Marina and the Dewey Beach Lions Club presented a donation for the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's annual youth fishing tournament. The money came from proceeds of the Lewes Harbour Marina's annual flounder fishing event presented in conjunction with Dewey Beach Lions Club.
The Delaware Fish and Wildlife Enforcement officers reach out to approximately 150 children every year to host the annual youth fishing tournament on Ingrams Pond near Millsboro. Food and beverages are provided. Awards are presented and prizes are also handed out to all the children.
