Kent-Sussex Industries Inc. recognized Tom Lyons of Felton as Outstanding Staff Person of the Year 2014 with its Clifford T. Crouch Excellence In Service Award during KSI’s 53rd Annual Awards Dinner.

Lyons joined the KSI staff in 1990 as a floor supervisor. He was promoted in 2000 to community based program manager, the position he holds today.

KSI appreciates the flexibility and dedication that Lyons brings to his position. KSI CEO B. Craig Crouch said, “Tom’s job is almost a 24 hour a day job, seven days per week. He supports the individuals employed on work crews at Kraft Foods, Merck Animal Health and Procter and Gamble Dover Wipes Company. Tom helps people to live a more full and rich life. He takes his work very seriously, and is also a great family man.”
