Economics competition yields fun at The Jefferson School

Third-, fourth- and fifth-grade students from The Jefferson School participated in the 2015 Meaningful Economics Competition held recently at Delaware Technical Community College in Georgetown, along with hundreds of students from other area Delaware schools.
One of The Jefferson School’s third grade teams took first-place in problem solving and third-place in production. Another third-grade team won second-place in the production category.
A fourth-grade team took third-place in problem solving and fourth in testing, while one of the fifth-grade teams also took fourth in testing.
