Arnold Coverdale of Camden-Wyoming recently received the Employee of the First Quarter 2015 Award from Kent-Sussex Industries Inc.
Coverdale, employed at KSI since 1991, meets and often exceeds performance expectations such as punctuality, flexibility, attendance, attention to assigned work details and taking responsibility for his decisions. Supervisors consider Coverdale an asset, knowing they can count on him to help complete a variety of jobs. Quietly and proudly, he gets the job done.
As Employee of the Quarter, Coverdale’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI, and he received a $50 Visa gift card from Dover Federal Credit Union. He also received a gift certificate donated by G & R Campground in Houston entitling him to spend a weekend in one of their cottages, and a one-year aquatics membership from the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club.
