The Cape Henlopen State Park honored Chuck O'Day for his 20 years as the original volunteer campground host. Chuck, after many years as a camper in the park, was asked by the administration to be a host for the campground. He was in charge of greeting and assigning sites to the campers who spent fun-filled days at Cape Henlopen State Park.
