99 Sea Level opens in Bethany Beach

Steve Montgomery, Dickie Heidenburger and Jim Wisenburg have announced the opening of their highly anticipated restaurant in Bethany Beach, 99 Sea Level. Located at 99 Hollywood St. in the newly constructed Marriott Hotel, 99 Sea Level is a premiere destination in Bethany Beach for oceanfront dining.

Debuting in the upper echelons of the local food industry, the menu sources produce, fish, and other ingredients from its surrounding areas. The farm-to-table concept is one that Donna Serafini, director of operations, is passionate about. In building the menu, she wanted as much local intrigue as possible when it came to the raw bar menu, to the creative craft cocktails at the bar, and everywhere in between.

More than just a restaurant, 99 Sea Level seeks to be a place that offers different experiences for their customers. From cheese plates in the bar to romantic dinners overlooking the ocean, to cozy evenings spent by their fireplace in the winter, there is something for everyone.
