Chris Carulli joins Community Bank Delaware as vice president

Chris Carulli of Lewes has joined Community Bank Delaware as Vice President.

Carulli has 25 years of experience in lending and sales. Community Bank President Jack Riddle says, “Chris has considerable experience in the banking and lending arena and has a good understanding of the market. We are thrilled to have Chris join our bank and could not have found a better fit for our lending team.”

Carulli holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Connecticut with a major in finance.

Prior to coming to Community Bank Delaware, Carulli was co-owner of Dynamic Mortgage Services Corporation in Rehoboth Beach. During his time there, he served as the senior loan officer, handled all licensing and compliance matters, and was responsible for both personal and business credit analysis on loans.

Carulli will be working out of the bank’s main office in Lewes where he will focus on development of the bank’s residential mortgage business and expand the commercial loan portfolio base throughout Sussex County.

Carulli has long worked with all types of customer relationships. “It’s the part of the business that I enjoy the most,” says Carulli. “I am looking forward to assisting the Community Bank Delaware team and meeting the needs of the diverse Sussex County businesses and residents.”

Carulli is active in the community, including the chamber of commerce and local charity, running, and golf events.

Carulli resides in Lewes with his wife Patty, and their two daughters, Isabel and Mia.
