A day ahead of the first practice sessions, the dragon boats arrived in Lewes early Sept. 10. Thirty-six teams will paddle for the championship during the third annual Lewes Dragon Boat Festival at Canalfront Park from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 13.
