Best Kept Soul Band to perform at DSU Alumni Dinner Dance Dec. 5

Best Kept Soul Band will perform at the Sixth Annual Holiday Dinner Dance and Scholarship Fundraiser sponsored by the Delaware State University Alumni Association Sussex County Chapter from 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Millsboro Town Center.

The DSUAA Sussex County Chapter will honor several citizens from Sussex County who have significantly impacted the community. The honorees include Howard E. Smack Sr., Kaneisha W. Trott and Tamara Jubillee Shaw. Tickets are $45.

Proceeds from this event fund educational scholarships for local high school students who will be attending Delaware State University. F-Stop Productions from Oxon Hill, Md., will provide DJ service. The dinner will be catered by Light House Caterers of Georgetown.
