Route 1 open following crash at Old Landing Road

A crash at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 20 slowed southbound traffic on Route 1 north of Old Landing Road.
Mary P. Dubin, 73, of Milton was operating a 2009 Toyota Camry eastbound on Old Landing Road when she failed to remain stopped at a red light at Route 1, said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of the Delaware State Police.
The Camry entered into the southbound lanes of Route 1 where it was struck on the driver's side by a 2013 Jeep Wrangler being operated by Robert L. Taylor, 73 of Lewes, Fournier said.
Dubin was transported to Beebe where she was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. She was cited for failure to stop at a red light.
Taylor and his 71-year-old wife were also transported to Beebe with nonlife-threatening injuries.
