The winter storm has caused flooding in Oak Orchard, Milton and Dewey making some roads impassable. Sections of Front Street and Union Street are blocked in Milton and Oak Orchard remains open but covered with water. In Dewey, on the bayside between McKinley and Rodney avenues, Buena, Dover and Hayden roads were underwater.
