March 1st marked a huge milestone for local builder, Capstone Homes, as they completed their 1,000th home. 

Capstone’s 1,000th home was a waterfront custom retreat featuring a gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, recreation room, sunroom, paver patio, and a screened porch with breathtaking views of Herring Creek. The home is located in the waterfront Lewes community of Bay Pointe.

Founded in 2006, Capstone Homes is locally owned and operated.
