Old Timer's Day (June 17)
The largest annual festival in the town of Selbyville, Old Timer's Day is held every year in mid-June in the town's downtown business district.
Presented for the 66th time in 2023, the full name of the festival is the Old Timer's Day Classic Car Show & Family Festival. It's scheduled for 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Saturday, June 17.
Hosted by the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce, this family-friendly festival will feature one of the region's largest classic car shows, food vendors, live music, children's activities, an outdoor beer garden, local artisans, and a community yard sale to benefit the Selbyville Public Library.

Juneteenth Celebration in Georgetown (June 17)
Centered at the Richard Allen Center in Georgetown, Juneteenth will be celebrated in the Sussex County Seat this Saturday, June 17, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The day begins with a parade to the school, which is located on Railroad Avenue in Georgetown.
Activities and events scheduled for the day include free entertainment, vendors, door prizes, children's events, and much more.
Beebe Healthcare will also be on-site providing free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol.

302 Uncorked (June 17)
Billed as a day of celebrating Delaware's small businesses, this early summer event is scheduled for Hudson Fields in Milton on Saturday, June 17, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Including a wide selection of locally produced alcoholic beverages, as well as inflatables, a petting zoo, kid's games, a dog adoption event, food trucks, and more than 100 local vendors, the day promises a fun time outdoors in the 302.
There is a $2 entry charge per person for this event.
