Events This Weekend in Delaware and Maryland
We're now one week away from the beginning of the annual Delaware State Fair in Harrington, which we'll be previewing in-depth in next week's "Weekender Blog," brought to you every week by the real estate professionals at the Oldfather Group of Compass RE.
But before we get to the State Fair, we have a lot to tell you about during this middle weekend of July in locations throughout Delaware and Maryland.
We lead this week with the Lewes Summer Craft Fair at the Lewes Historical Society and then continue with a full calendar of events that are being held throughout the weekend.
Let's get started! Here are our top choices for the extended weekend of July 14-16 at and near the Delaware and Maryland beaches.

Artists from throughout the Delmarva Peninsula are scheduled to take part in this year's show in areas that include pottery, watercolors, woodwork, metalwork, and several others.
Period beverages will be available at the Rabbits Ferry House, while various children's activities will take center stage at the nearby Thompson Store on campus.
Other scheduled activities include craft raffles, live music, food offerings, additional vendors, and much more.
