Guy Fieri's Four-Beans Relish

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup blsamic vineger
  • SEA Salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions ( about 3 scallions )
  • 3/4 cup finelydiced red oion
  • 1/4 cup diced  Peppadew Mild Whole Sweet Piquante Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 12- ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 12- ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 12-ounce can pinto beans, draine and rinsed
  • 1 12- oune black beans dranied and rinsed

1. Whisk the red whine , balsamic vinger oil, 12 tablespoon sea salt, and balck pepper to taste in larger bowl

2. Add the scallions , red onion, Peppadew peppers , honey, white beans, chickpeaqs, pinto beans and blacck beans and tosss to coat. Let sit in the regfrgetor at least 2 hours to allow the flavoers to blend.. ENJOY!!!
