LOCAL REALTOR® RYAN MCCOY HONORED AS COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES ITS “30 UNDER 30” AWARD RECIPIENTS

Ryan McCoy of The Real McCoy Group has been recognized as a member of the “30 Under 30 Class of 2024” by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, an Anywhere (NYSE: HOUS) brand. Coldwell Banker’s affiliated real estate professionals below the age of 30 are recognized annually for their success in real estate and accomplishments in sales, philanthropy, and leadership. Recipients honor the heritage of the firm’s founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who began the company at the ages of 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

The “30 Under 30” honorees were chosen from among the brand’s network of over 98,000 affiliated sales professionals in more than 2,700 offices across 40 countries and territories. Ryan is the only awardee from the entire mid-Atlantic region.

A lifelong Sussex County resident, Ryan joined The Real McCoy Group in 2019 while attending the University of Delaware. He has already received a number of awards during his career, including one for Highest Gross Sales on his Team, and the Five Star Professional Rising Star Award. Whether they are first time buyers or luxury buyers and sellers, he helps them through the complex process of finding their perfect home. As a first-time homebuyer himself, Ryan combines his professional expertise with his personal journey to help simplify the home buying process for his clients.
