“We’re so overloaded with news about our national drug problems, or just trying to survive in our own family broken by addictions that it’s rare to find encouragement or even hear about any positive outcomes,” David said.
From deep personal experience and work providing sober living spaces and services to hundreds of people, hosts David Forman and Hunter Hastings of CLH Health Services, encourage listeners to call in and share theior journey to provide hope for others trapped in their addictions or frineds and family struggling with an addict.
Their aim is to share real solutions and success stories, focusing on the beauty of recovery, rather than the ugly of addiction. “Victory in Recovery!” encourages a wider community discussion about personal healing, and provides a platform for guests with local resources to reach listeners. Forman said the move to 92.7 will attract more listener calls, because of the station’s ling standing call-in format for most of its content.
