Adrian John Turowski, devoted Spiritualist

Adrian John Turowski, 80, of Millsboro passed away Monday, Aug. 31, 2020, at his home. He was born Feb. 28, 1940, in Erie, Pa., son of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Justka) Turowski.

Mr. Turowski worked for many years as vice president for the Ben Rose Institute on Aging and formerly for the State of Pennsylvania Department of Aging.           

He was a kind and gentle man, who was also a devoted Spiritualist.  Helping others in many different ways was an attribute that endeared him to many. Living a healthy lifestyle permitted him the love of hiking, animals and exploring the unexplained, as well as enjoying fine dining.  Mr. Turowski was also an ardent supporter of the Cleveland Browns during his lifetime.

He is survived by his wife Carole LaPlante; his children:  Eric Turowski of Vancouver, Wash., Sean Turowski of Erie and Kirsty Turowski of Erie;  his three stepchildren; and several granddaughters.

There will be no formal services.
