“It Was and Was Not So” is Bill Castle’s newest release.
Dianne Shawley of Rehoboth Beach will host an event for her brother, novelist Bill Castle, to celebrate the release of his novel “It Was and Was Not So” from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Saturday, July 21, at CAMP Rehoboth, 37 Baltimore Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
The event, open to the public, will include the author’s performance of excerpts from the novel, a question-and-answer session, book sales and signing. Wine and hors d’ouevres will be served during the meet and greet.
Castle is a playwright and teacher whose off-Broadway productions include ”The Diaries of Trudy Sagebrush” and “Slow Dancing in the Fast Lane.” He currently resides in Rochester, N.Y.
