The inaugural Badges and Basketball event at Sports at the Beach in Georgetown was a slam dunk for Schell Brothers’ Project Kudos.
The event is designed to bring the community together for a night of fun. High school all-stars played in 3-on-3 games all night, while kids of all ages were invited to participate in free-throw contests and three-point shooting contests.
Food trucks offered a variety of delectable dinner and dessert options for spectators, while other vendors offered plenty of giveaways.
Launched in 2018, Project Kudos was born out of Schell Brothers’ mission to give kudos to its employees, and spread good vibes and happiness throughout the community. Over the past two years, the Project Kudos Bus has visited schools, festivals and businesses to support its mission to spread positive vibes.
