The Beacon Middle School girls’ basketball team took the Capital Classic with a 50-13 win over Dover Central Feb. 18 in Dover.
The win capped an undefeated 13-0 season for the Vikings.
Ally Diehl led the way with 18 points. Kha’Nihya Johnson scored 12, while Mairead Rishko recorded nine and Amara Fruchtman dropped five. Harper Mamele and Mikaela Gordon scored four and two points, respectively.
