Beebe Healthcare’s long history in Sussex County

It was announced March 1 that Beebe Healthcare will be opening the R. Randall Rollins Center for Medical Education. The center will be using the historic Shaw Building, which will be renovated to welcome students this July. This postcard from 1953 features the Shaw Building as it appeared along Savannah Road. The front of the building remains the same, but like Sussex County, the hospital campus has grown quite a bit in the last 69 years.
