The management, agents, and staff of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty welcome sales agent Bill Humber to their Lewes office.

Humber brings a wealth of experience with real estate from many angles. Starting in the 1970s, he built modular homes. He has been buying, restoring and selling homes since then, ranging from residential to rental to vacant land to commercial buildings in five states.

"My most memorable restoration project was that of a 200-year-old farmhouse in Pennsylvania," he said. "I understand homes from that basic level - from how a home is built - and that really helps me analyze whether or not a property fits my client's needs and budget."

Humber, who has two grown children, lives with his wife and golden-doodle in Lewes. In his spare time, he plays golf and softball. He also enjoys motorocycle riding and restoring antique classic cars.
