Bradley house for sale

Bethel United Methodist Church in Lewes has put the home of convicted pedophile Earl Bradley on the market.
The Rev. Earle Baker said the Bethel congregation voted unanimously June 30 to sell the home at 322 Savannah Road. Baker said there has already been interest in the property.
The move comes just two months after the church’s application to demolish the home was denied by the city’s historic preservation commission.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom 1,600-square-foot home is listed at $250,000.
