Cape celebrates Homecoming with pep rally and parade

The 2024 Cape Henlopen homecoming was celebrated with a pregame pep rally Oct. 4, in the gymnasium and a Homecoming parade from Lewes Beach up Savannah Road to the Cape’s Legends Stadium.
Carly Favoroso and Jayden Messick were named Homecoming Queen and King.
The junior float featured a boxing match between the Vikings and the Spartans.
The Cape student section went crazy for the Vikings.
Teachers Shane Jensen, Sadie Andros and Alex Hense are the contestants for the “Jeopardy Showdown” with Senior Class President Addison Bowman as the emcee.
The senior float theme was Sleigh the Spartans.
