Jeff and Brenda Frey of Millsboro are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsie Alaina Frey to Trevor Lee Rathfon, son of Tom and Louise Rathfon of Georgetown.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Sussex Central High School. She is the owner of Alaina's Grand Salon in Millsboro. The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Sussex Central High School and is employed with Brenden T. Warfel Construction in Milford as a job foreman. An August 2012 wedding is planned.
