Children’s Beach House fundraiser run set Oct. 15 in Lewes

Children’s Beach House will host the 6th Annual Ashley Nicole Furio Memorial 5K Run & Crooked Crawl Saturday, Oct. 15, at Crooked Hammock Brewery, Lewes, with event proceeds supporting CBH’s Margaret H. Rollins Child Development Center.

The day offers something for everyone. Runners hit the road and enjoy a 5K race through the beautiful streets of Lewes. Non-runners can sign up for the Crooked Crawl and get all the same race-day fun and swag without having to actually run. Children can do the Kiddie Run and enjoy crafts, games, a magician and other family-friendly activities. Everyone can enjoy the post-race party with live music, food, brews, awards, a few special auction items, and a raffle.

The post-race party will lead into the Crooked Hammock's birthday party, which will go on for the rest of the day.
