Community Bank promotes Helen Johnson-Ray to vice president
Community Bank Delaware recently announced the promotion of Helen Johnson-Ray to vice president.
Johnson-Ray joined the bank in 2006 while it was in formation. In her position as loan administration manager, she creates and maintains a check-and-balance environment in the loan support area and is committed to operational knowledge of loan support functions.
“Helen is known for providing the highest level of service and accuracy to both internal and external customers, and will do whatever it takes to meet their needs. With over 38 years of banking knowledge and customer service experience, she is a valuable part of our team and is well deserving of her promotion to vice president,” said William Jack Riddle, Community Bank Delaware president.
A graduate of Laurel High School, Johnson-Ray holds a bachelor of science degree from Delaware State University.
Her office is in Lewes, where she manages customer relationships and loan closings, and assists the team in portfolio management.
“I enjoy developing all aspects of customer relations and continuing the bank’s commitment in providing outstanding customer service. I look forward to many more years of working for the best Community Bank in Delaware,” said Johnson-Ray.
Johnson-Ray is active in the community. She serves as a board member for ReTemp Development Corporation and is a member of Rehoboth Temple of Praise. Johnson-Ray enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and community outreach.
Johnson-Ray resides in Laurel with her fiancé, Michael, and her son Jordan and daughter Kayla.
