County Bank hires Amanda Dill as mortgage lending executive

March 24, 2023

County Bank announced that Amanda Dill will be heading its mortgage lending department as assistant vice president.

A finance graduate of Wilmington University, Dill comes with 21 years of experience, most recently at M&T Bank as a mortgage loan officer in the Harrington marketplace. She has been recognized as a top performer, receiving the bank’s president’s council/chairman’s club awards from 2018 to 2022.

“I’m very excited for Mandi. She will be taking over a mortgage department that has been a leader in the Sussex County market for 25+ years. Mandi has an extensive background in the mortgage industry, and I am confident that her experience and leadership will build on the great reputation the department already has. I look forward to working with her and growing the bank together,” said Clay Serman, senior vice president, chief lending officer.

Dill lives in Felton with her six fur babies and enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and antiquing.
