Crooked Hammock holds La Vida Burger Battle
Chef Hari Cameron from a(MUSE.) and Grandpa MAC took home the crown with his (MAC) ‘n Cheese stuffed burger topped with Grandpa MAC cheese, pickled jalapeños and bacon bits.

Sous Chef John Harris and Chef Jim Foss from the Crooked Hammock took home second place with smoked beef short ribs, bacon marmalade and foie gras mayo.

The Crooked Hammock Brewery held its inaugural NFL Sunday Kickoff La Vida Burger Battle Sept. 9. Chefs from Taco Reho, a(MUSE.), Fork + Flask, the Crooked Hammock Brewery and Big Chill Beach Club, all members of the La Vida Hospitality group, competed for a trophy and bragging rights.
