Deborah Edwards joins First State Manufacturing

First State Manufacturing recently announced that Deborah Edwards has joined the company in the position of human resources generalist. “Ms. Edwards comes to us after a very successful time at the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, where she grew the membership to top 1,000 businesses. Her experience in dealing with the public, diverse businesses and leadership will be invaluable as she works with our expanding workforce,” said President and CEO Dave Hitchens.
