Del-One FCU team volunteers for community service day
Del-One Federal Credit Union celebrated its third annual community service day Oct. 14.
Nearly 200 team members donated approximately 1,200 hours of time, talent, skills and muscle to 10 different organizations throughout the state including La Esperanza in Georgetown, Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Delaware in Milford, and Luther Towers and Modern Maturity Center in Dover.
Del-One volunteers assisted with tasks like cleaning, organizing, painting, building and more.
“I appreciate all our teammates at Del-One for taking part in this amazing day of service. Our teammates can always be counted on to put their heart and muscle where their mouths are and do what needs to be done,” said Dan McCarthy, Del-One president and CEO.
