Del Tech Owens Campus holds 38th Commencement

Delaware Technical Community College Owens Campus in Georgetown held its 38th Annual Commencement May 17. The college, celebrating its 50th Anniversary, graduated 738 graduates with 65 students graduating Summa Cum Laude, 16 graduating with a 4.0 grade point average. The oldest graduate is 69 years old and the youngest 19 years of age.
