Delaware Constitution course to start Feb. 19

A course on the Delaware Constitution will meet from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 19, at Ocean View Town Hall, 32 West Ave., Ocean View. Classes continue through March 26. 

Learning about the Delaware Constitution is the best way to understand the state’s laws and history, and how to make a better Delaware going forward.

The Delaware Constitution course is certified through the Institute on the Constitution and will be led by IOTC-certified instructors Michelle Parsons and Tom Molnar along with instructor Bob Lawless.

Each class is its own unique lesson, so there is no need to start at the beginning if one misses the first date.
