Delaware Women’s Expo comes to Nassau Valley Vineyards

The 13th annual Delaware Women’s Expo was held at Nassau Valley Vineyards near Lewes March 29.

Attendees enjoyed delicious food, prizes, shopping and educational seminars as they networked with businesses and nonprofit organizations focused on women’s issues. Also on site was Beebe Healthcare, providing free health screenings including blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, bone density and body mass index.

Mark Schollenberger, general manager of Forever Media, said, “This is a show whose intention is to provide information to the public. We call it the Women’s Expo because the ladies make a lot of decisions when it comes to spending, consumer items and services, but this event is attended by couples in a lot of cases. It's a great time to come out and get some information, to have a chance to talk to these people one-on-one, in a neutral environment.”
