Delta Sigma Theta Sorority held a Hand Bag Auction Dec. 10 at the Fairfield Inn and Suites. New and gently used designer handbags were auctioned off to raise funds for scholarships for Sussex County high school seniors. Delta Sigma Theta is an organization of college-educated women committed to constructive development of its members and to public service with a primary focus on the Black community.
