Dewey Business Partnership celebrates with Winter Gala

The Dewey Business Partnership welcomed nearly 800 revelers to the annual Dewey Winter Gala Feb. 25 at the Baycenter in Dewey. The Winter Gala featured entertainment by The Amish Outlaws, Kristen and the Noise, The Blue Cats and the Eric Scott Band.

An evening of good friends, good food, good music, and good drinks was held to raise funds for initiatives which benefit all aspects of Dewey Beach. DBP offers partnership initiatives such as events, improved public safety, and town beautification with funds raised. 

Last year funds were used to decorate the Town of Dewey Beach for the holidays, to purchase emergency lighting for the lifeguard vehicles, and to provide safety fencing and entertainment for the town’s inaugural Clydesdale Summer Solstice Parade which drew close to 8,000 people in June.
