I write to affirm my support of Dick Byrne returning as an experienced Rehoboth commissioner. Having worked with him, I know him as a person of integrity, a sensitive listener, conciliatory and a visionary. We need him. I have watched with dismay how the cultural divisions and political operations in our country are becoming the norm right here the city. We need less finger-pointing, nit-picking, and coalition into groups and positions. We need a person of Dick’s caliber. Byrne has my vote.
