Element Wealth paraplanner earns professional designation
Erin Winner, a paraplanner for Element Wealth Planning, a financial services and wealth management company, has earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation.
To become an FPQP, Winner studied for and passed an exam about financial planning concepts, terminology and product categories, as well as the financial planning process.
The program covers the main facets of personal financial planning with a focus on practical application, such as estate, tax, retirement, insurance and investments.
Winner works with Glenn Sweeten, CFP, owner and wealth advisor of Element Wealth Planning in Georgetown. She plays a significant role in the company, and her responsibilities include providing support in the preparation of financial plans for clients, processing paperwork, documenting goals during client appointments and setting up new investment accounts. The FPQP designation provides Winner with knowledge and expertise to support clients as part of an effective financial planning team.
